The iTrackerRMS iPhone App gives you instant mobile access to your Favourite TrackerRMS records anywhere direct to your iPhone.

This App is FREE to all users of TrackerRMS with either Professional or Enterprise licenses and includes the following key features:

Access to all records to which you have access via the main TrackerRMS web application
Ability to view and add notes to your Activities
Ability to Complete and create Follow-Up Activities for anytime in the future
View, email, call or visit the web pages of all of your Favourite Clients and Contacts
View your Leads and qualification details
View your Opportunity pipeline and see which products and services are being sold
Project users can view information about their projects, issues, risks, changes and current status
Support users can view their Tickets, update resolutions whilst out in the field and close off completed tickets
Recruitment users can view and search their Candidates and assess skills information
Free text search across all records
Automatic or manual syncronisation of data
View Recently viewed records

No special subscriptions or setup is required to get going with the iPhone App, all you need is your normal logon username and password to get started!
